Design your own Reports with the new SPEDI Maintain

We have now released SPEDI Maintain V5. Among the exciting new features is "My Report" - an easy way for you to extract the information YOU want to see, laid out as YOU want it.

Although SPEDI Maintain comes with a wide range of "built-in" reports as standard, there will always be the time when none of them provides quite what you want.  Step up, the new "My Report" facility!

"My Report" is controlled by a simple text file, so simple that you can set it up yourself without any difficulty.  It enables you to specify what fields you require, their size and order across the page.  You can even choose whether you want to see the report on-screen, send it to the printer or export it to a file, ready for import into your favourite spreadsheet etc.

Just imagine that you are visited by a new, very keen Trading Standards Officer, who asks you to prove that all your tobacco products are set up with an Age Restriction.  Using "My Report", this is easy - just select the configuration file shown below and show him the results.  Without it, you would have little option but to scan every product at a till!
