17 year relationship continues!

Michael's supermarket in Blackheath, a SPEDI customer for over seventeen years have just successfully upgraded from SPEDI Manager to SPEDI Maintain.

The store is run by brothers Dennis and Joe Singh, who have only ever needed one upgrade in June of 2001 in all of their years using SPEDI software. Their philosophy of “if it isn’t broken don’t fix it” has kept their shop running smoothly for over 20 years.

Joe, who is an active member of the NISA board, puts the continued partnership of his NISA store and SPEDI Retail Software down to the co-operation and understanding between himself and our staff.

The new system is being seen as the first step in a larger upgrade program. After the staff have got used to the new version of software we will be upgrading the site further to our central system, which will connect his Blackheath store to the four other stores that are run by the brothers.
